WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are conveniently located in a commercial facility in North Houston Texas, near the the Spring, Klein and The Woodlands area. We are a short drive from anywhere in North Houston. Come see us, we are open 24 hours, 7 days a week.

HOW MUCH IS STUDIO TIME?

Studio session prices start at $50 per hour. (Each session includes an engineer, mixing, and mastering within the scheduled time.)

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN EACH RECORDING SESSION?

When you book your recording sessions they include vocal recording, mixing, and mastering services within the time booked.

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

The studio can be booked online, by phone, text or IG. We will then provide you with studio time availability, acquire your information for booking, and collect your booking deposit. When your booking deposit payment is received, your session is confirmed and finalized. Payment for the remaining balance can be made in person when you arrive to your session.

CAN I BOOK A SESSION WITHOUT PAYMENT?

In order to book a session a 50% booking deposit must be made to reserve the appointed time. Payment must be made within an hour of booking studio time. After an hour, if the booking deposit is unpaid, booking will expire automatically, and the session time slot will be released.

CAN I MAKE A DEPOSIT IN PERSON.

Sessions bookings can be completed with our online deposit format, over the phone or via Cash App. However, a cash deposit can be made in person, 6 or more hours before the scheduled time to confirm a client’s session.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

The studio accepts credit/debit card payments, and most mobile banking systems such as Apple Pay, Cash App, and Zelle.

CAN I VISIT OR COME TO THE STUDIO NOW?

The studio is available by appointment only. However short notice sessions may become available. Please note that the online or booking deposit is still required prior to the session.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?

In the event, that a client must cancel or reschedule a session, a 48-hour notice must be provided prior the scheduled session. If a 48-hour notice is not provided, the session deposit is then forfeited. For sessions scheduled within the 48-hour time frame, deposits are also forfeited. Clients that provide the required notice will be able to reschedule and transfer their deposit to a new booking date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE TO MY SESSION?

In the event that you are late for your session, unfortunately the time can not be extended, and no discounts are provided. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will have their session cancelled as the studio reserves this right and studio time will be forfeited along with booking deposit.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY FIRST SESSION?

A valid identification to verify the credit/debit card transactions, your instrumental or beat to be ready for your session, flash drive/hard drive, or portable drive to transfer and store your session files.

(Meta Music Media is not responsible for storing client files and we encourage clients to store files via physical drive or cloud storage.)

Purchasing the rights to use and profit from beats is 100% up to the artist, label, and or management. We advise all artists and producers to publish their music and art to ultimately protect each creator to their entitled royalties.

(Please note: we do not act on behalf of any client. Recording at Meta Music Media does not mean each track will be published.)

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MIX AND MASTER A SONG?

Mixing and mastering can vary per song/artist as well as number of vocal files, vocal track outs and instrumental track out files provided. We ask clients to consider this and try to plan out accordingly.

WHAT SOFTWARE OR DAW DO YOU USE?

Recording sessions primarily are run on the latest versions of Pro Tools.

DO YOU HAVE AUTOTUNE OR MELODYNE?

Yes, we have Antares real-time Autotune and Autotune Pro in addition to Melodyne.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SONGS ?

You will receive your songs via email prior to you leaving your session in both MP3 and WAV format to email address provided.

HOW CAN I OBTAIN MY SESSION FILES?

You can request your session files during your session from your engineer. We ask that you provide a portable drive or have online storage available to transfer your files.

CAN I FILM OR TAKE PHOTOS DURING MY SESSION?

You can now book high quality professional photo and video services during your sessions.

Mini-shoots are available starting at $50. Ask us how to book your next shoot!

Yes, film and photo is definitely encouraged, however flash photography is not allowed.

ARE FOOD AND DRINK PERMITTED DURING SESSIONS?

Yes, clients can have food and drinks during their studio sessions. However, no food or drinks are permitted on the studio equipment. We ask that clients respect the general conditions and cleanliness of the studio, and are kept in same state it was found in upon arrival.

CAN I BRING PEOPLE TO MY SESSION?

Yes, you can bring guests to your sessions, as long as your group size does not exceed our posted capacity. We ask that your guest respect sessions and remain professional at all times.
